This comprehensive document outlines the complete joining terms, expectations, and support structure for students enrolling in our Freelancing Mastery Program. 1. π Eligibility Criteria
To ensure a focused, productive learning environment and a smooth experience for all learners, we have laid down specific minimum eligibility criteria.
Age Requirement
All applicants must be at least 17 years old at the time of registration. There is no upper age limit.
Educational Background
While no formal degree or graduation is mandatory, students must have:
Basic proficiency in reading and writing English
Familiarity with using a laptop or smartphone
Willingness to learn technical skills and follow guided assignments
Device Requirements
A working laptop/desktop with at least 4GB RAM and preferably 8GB for smooth usage of design and editing tools
Internet connection of minimum 10 Mbps
Webcam and microphone (used for live classes, assessments, and presentations)
Time Commitment
Students must be available for 3β4 hours/day
Classes are scheduled on weekdays and may include weekends for project reviews
Live session attendance is mandatory unless prior approval is granted

We aim to maintain transparency in our fee structure. The program fee includes all learning resources, templates, mentor support, and certification access.

Important Policies
Access to community, class links, and mentor channels is granted only after complete fee payment.

No hidden fees. We use free or trial versions of premium tools.
GST (currently 18%) is applicable to the total fee amount.
Course fee includes lifetime access to materials and mentorship community.

Attendance Policy
Minimum 85% attendance is mandatory for certification
Absentees must watch the full recorded sessions and submit a completion form
Project Submission
Each module has a linked assignment/project
Late or incomplete submissions will impact eligibility for internship and support
Academic Ethics
Use of AI tools is allowed but plagiarism is not
Projects must reflect the student's personal learning
Collaboration is encouraged; copying is not
Respect & Community Guidelines
Respectful communication is expected in all forums and live calls
Harassment, spam, or abusive behavior results in immediate removal
Sharing course materials outside of the platform is strictly prohibited

Refund Policy
Registration fee (βΉ6,000) is non-refundable
The remaining fee is refundable within 7 days of course start
After the 7th day, no refund requests will be entertained
Rejoining Policy
Students who drop out can rejoin within 6 months by paying a reactivation fee of βΉ10,000
Rejoining is allowed once per learner only
7. π Completion Requirements
To be eligible for final certification, internship, or profile promotions:
Maintain 85% attendance in live sessions
Complete 4 out of 5 practical projects
Pass the final assessment (client simulation, proposal, or design task)
Submit portfolio work and personal brand assets (LinkedIn, Fiverr, Behance)
Participate in at least 2 mentor calls during the course
